S Aura Hotel - Taipei

Clean and modern rooms with great amenities and free Wi-Fi. the hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to shopping areas and public transportation. Best aspects: New bidets in the room toilets and a good breakfast buffet with both Western and Chinese options.

The hotel staff could improve their English language skills, and there is no room service. the pool and jacuzzi facilities are closed for most of the year, and there is little staff knowledge of the surrounding area.

We stayed so close to our favorite places such as miramar ferris wheel. We appreciated the hotel and its staff, helpful. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to Xihu subway station, was a big plus. Free parking onsite was provided: )

The hotel is conveniently located, close to both the metro and train station. dining and entertainment options may be limited. the rooms are well, appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the spas and pools on, site, as well as persistent and free Wi, Fi. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including both Western and Eastern foods, and room service is available.

One aspect of the hotel's customer service could use improvement.

The hotel staff were kind and attentive. They even prepared a breakfast box for me when I had to leave early for my flight. The room was spacious and clean, with useful amenities like an office and a large bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi. I particularly appreciated the bidet spray installed in the toilet. While the hotel is not located in the center of the city, it was close to the Metro, easy to explore different parts of this city.

This hotel has nice rooms with very comfortable beds and modern amenities, such as electronic toilets and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location is also quite convenient, close to shops and restaurants. During my Christmas stay, the hotel was nicely decorated with festive lights and had a cozy atmosphere.

The service at the hotel could have been much better. The staff was unhelpful and did not speak English well, making it difficult to communicate my needs.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is close to a train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. Although there are limited dining and entertainment options nearby, we didn't mind because the hotel itself had everything we needed. The service was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, and an airport shuttle available for a fee. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival and the staff treated us with kindness and warmth throughout our stay.
